RETURN / REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at finnasjewelry.com. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unused
- unworn
- in its original condition
- in its original packaging
- accompanied by proof of purchase
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for:
- gift cards
- personalized or custom-made items
- items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse caused after delivery
- any item returned without prior contact, where return instructions were required
3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To request a return, please contact us at finnasjewelry00@gmail.com with the following:
- your order number
- your full name
- the item(s) you wish to return
- the reason for the return
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
5. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at finnasjewelry00@gmail.com and include clear photos of the item and packaging where possible.
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.
6. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after inspection of the returned item.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
7. PARTIAL REFUNDS
Partial refunds may be granted where appropriate, including where:
- the item is returned in a condition different from its original state
- parts of the product or packaging are missing
- the item has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect it
8. EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been approved, where applicable.
9. CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed and shipped.
If your order has already been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and must instead follow the return procedure once delivered.
10. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund after being notified that it was issued, please first check with your bank or payment provider.
