All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received and confirmed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays unless otherwise stated.

During periods of high demand, promotions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.

2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship worldwide.

If your country is available at checkout, we ship to your destination.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:
- Hong Kong: 2–5 business days
- United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, and most international destinations: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 7–10 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly shown on the website or at checkout.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

6. TRACKING

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

7. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, we may charge additional shipping fees to resend the order.

9. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

We may request supporting information, such as photos of damaged packaging or confirmation of non-delivery, before processing a claim.

10. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

In some cases, an order may be shipped in multiple packages. If this happens, you may receive separate shipping confirmation emails and tracking numbers.
